C&B: Another way of Loving, another way of Pride
Culture & Business Pride is a necessary festival that brings sexual diversity closer and accessible to everyone, from an educational and modern perspective, and that rewards the great work carried out by important people of the global LGTBIQ+ community.
C&B will celebrate its six edition from July 23rd to 28th 2023 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife with more than fifty activities for all audiences, with free admission and an eye on the international LGTBIQ+ community.
Under the slogan Another way of Loving, another way of Pride, Culture & Business Pride offers an alternative to the Pride celebrations, relying on an agenda of activities aimed at all audiences. In this edition, various topics will be addressed to understand the community in a global way, the festival serving as a meeting and enjoyment point around an entire social movement where exchange will be a key for the growth of the LGTBIQ+ platform through its advances in culture, technology, business, science and art in venues such as the Museum of Fine Arts, the Recova gallery, the Tenerife Auditorium, TEA Espacio de las Artes and several streets in the center of Santa Cruz that will offer activities for all audiences, always with free access until full capacity is reached and strict compliance with security measures.
This festival deals with advances in LGTBIQ culture and business and is structured in various areas. Each of them has the objective of raising awareness, training, complementing, celebrating and sharing the contributions that the community has been making in different cultural, social and business fields.
We work for the community to achieve a real and full normalization – without borders, without difficulties – and we join this fight for social welfare
Culture & Business Pride is sponsored by the Cabildo de Tenerife through Turismo de Tenerife, the Autonomous Agency for Culture of the Santa Cruz City Council, as well as the Tourism department of the Canarian Government, Promotur. All its activities are free, open, accessible and 100% straight friendly.

CULTURE & BUSINESS PRIDE 2023
Culture & Business Pride consolidates its headquarters in Santa Cruz, the capital of Tenerife, with an eclectic edition that reflects the diversity of the community’s identities.
Santa Cruz de Tenerife, LGBTIQ+ capital in the month of Pride.
Santa Cruz de Tenerife, a destination opened to diversity, freedom and with a firm commitment to inclusion, will be the city hosting this special edition of the festival. It aims to turn the island capital into one of the future hubs of LGTBIQ+ culture and business.
SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE
Santa Cruz de Tenerife is, since 1833, the capital of the island, and shares the status of capital of the Canary Islands Autonomous Community with Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Santa Cruz de Tenerife is much more than a summer destination with great beaches. In addition to visiting its beaches, we must know its history, its great cultural offer, its cities and above all its nature, without forgetting its gastronomy.
Santa Cruz is a cheerful and bright city. Its streets invite you to enjoy the open air, walks and parks, as it has an average annual temperature of 21.2 ºC. In the city center there are numerous pedestrian streets with a wonderful atmosphere, where you can go shopping to find products from all over the world. The most important historical buildings coexist with great contemporary architectural works.
It also has several museums and art galleries, although its largest permanent exhibition is outdoors: in some of its avenues and parks there are works by Henry Moore, Martín Chirino, Joan Miró and Óscar Domínguez, among other artists. Its most popular bathing areas, somewhat far from the city center, are the hidden beaches of Taganana and Benijos, but also the Teresitas beach, adorned by palm trees and located next to the fishing district of San Andrés. The César Manrique Maritime Park, on the other hand, is a swimming pool complex located in the new expansion area of the city.
Culture & Business Pride was designed to establish a platform for analysis and vindication of advances in sexual diversity and human rights, becoming the first Pride that unites culture, business, tourism and the rights of the LGTBIQ+ community.
