Anderson Cooper

Anderson Hays is an Emmy Award-winning American journalist, writer and host for his report Haiti in Ruins. He is the news anchor of Anderson Cooper 360°, on CNN, and the talk show “Anderson Live”.

His sexuality was publicly questioned in different media, highlighting the article in Out magazine, which used his image for the article entitled “The Glass Closet”, where they brought to public opinion why some public figures preferred not to admit their homosexuality. On July 2, 2012, with his authorization, The Daily Beast website published a private email from Cooper to Andrew Sullivan, where he proudly assumed his homosexuality.
