Intergroup on LGTBIQ rights

It is an intergroup of European Parliament legislators that focuses on the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex people both within and outside the European Union. It is made up of Members of the European Parliament, and has more than 130 supporters from 5 political groups and 25 countries.

It collaborates with EU institutions, such as the European Commission, the Council of the European Union, the EEAS, the European Committee of the Regions, the Fundamental Rights Agency, and also with civil bodies such as various LGBTI-specific associations, IGLYO, Transgender Europe, or NELFA, or with broader human rights approaches such as Front Line Defenders and Amnesty International.
