
Manuel Ródenas
Lawyer and LGTBIQ activist. President of the Association of Lawyers against Hate Crimes and director of the Eddy Foundation, the first shelter home in Spain for victims of lgtbphobic violence, aimed at young people who suffer situations of violence in their family home for reasons of sexual orientation and gender identity, within a personal program of psychosocial and employment support.
In 2012, he was elected Best LGTBIQ Lawyer in Washington, USA. He is the author of several socio-legal studies, such as “Mundo Islámico y Homosexualidad.Estudio sociológico y jurídico”, “Las necesidades de la población LGTB en el municipio de Madrid” and “Corpus Jurídico de la familia homoparental”.
