He works on the Free & Equal campaign, an unprecedented global public education campaign of the United Nations for LGBT equality. He also leads a project on global LGBTIQ standards of conduct for businesses to combat LGBTIQ discrimination.
Previously, he was a Senior Country Officer at the World Bank where he managed a “Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Development” grant that provided a first estimate of the economic cost of homophobia and funded socio-economic surveys of LGBTIQ people.
