Izaro Assa de Amilibia
Ízaro Assa de Amilibia is President of the Business Network for Diversity and Inclusion in Spain, a task that she has combined with her position as Global Diversity Manager at BBVA for more than four years. As a result of this work, in recent years she has been named the Most Influential Woman in Spain in the El Mundo Diversity Ranking, in addition to achieving several awards for the success of her projects and social influence.
From her position, she has designed and executed strategies for the promotion of diversity and social welfare from the conscious leadership in the business environment, in addition to strategically advising political parties and public institutions to improve their relationship with society and dozens of companies with their inclusion and ESG strategies.
